  How to reserve a property with WOW VILLAS?

To reserve the property, simply scroll through the various options on our website and enter your check-in and check-out dates, as well as the precise number of guests.   How do I know if my booking is confirmed or not?

The salesperson/concierge with whom you coordinated the booking will send you a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with all of your booking details.

  What is the mode of payment accepted by WOW VILLAS?

Once the guests have verified the booking information, our assigned salesperson/concierge will provide them with the bank details so that they may make a money transfer straight into our accounts. We also accept Razor Pay payments. Payment links can also be supplied upon request; however, a 3% surcharge will be applied to payments made using this link. Credit and debit cards are also accepted.

  Do I have to make any payment in advance to confirm the booking?

Yes, 40% of the advance amount has to be paid in order to confirm the said bookings, and the remaining 60% has to be paid 48 hours prior to the check-in day.

  Can I make a booking directly with the contact number provided?

Yes, we have provided the phone number of the salesperson assigned for coordination on our homepage. They are highly trained professionals who can turn your inquiry into a confirmed booking by coordinating with you via phone, WhatsApp, or email, whichever method is most convenient for you.

  Can I make a last-minute reservation?

Yes, you can make a last-minute reservation by calling our customer service at +91 9167844999. This is subject to availability.

  What is a security deposit and how much does it cost?

Wow Villas charges a security deposit for all of its guests, which varies by property. The purpose of a security deposit is to ensure that a guest maintains the rented property in good condition, and the cost of any damage is deducted from the security deposit. Guests must pay the specified security deposit in cash at check-in, and the regional manager or caretaker will refund it to them at check-out.

  What is the check-in and check-out time?

All of our properties have standard check-in and check-out times, and requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability. CHECK-IN TIME: 1:00 p.m. CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 a.m. Wow Villas reserves the right to offer early or late check-in.

  Is my reservation as good as a confirmation?

No, once you reserve our property through the website, our concierge will contact you to confirm the booking details as well as the availability and price of the property for your desired dates.

  How do I contact a WOW Villas property?

Our sales team will send you a Google Maps link via WhatsApp, and you will also be given the phone number of the regional manager, who can provide you with better directions or assistance in directing you to the property if you get lost.

  Are house rules supposed to be followed strictly?

Yes, house rules must be strictly followed for the benefit of both the guests and the entire neighbourhood.

  Will the pricing change if the number of guests increases after the booking is confirmed?

Yes, each property has a maximum number of guests that can be accommodated, and you will be charged accordingly. Extra people will be charged. It is best to confirm these details when making your reservation with our salesperson/concierge, who can provide you with more information.

  Do we need to bring ID with us when we check in?

Yes, guests are required to submit one original address ID proof (Aadhar, driving license, passport).

  Is it possible to bring your pet to all WOW VILLAS properties?

Not all WOW VILLAS properties are pet-friendly, but our salesperson/concierge can assist you in finding accommodations that welcome your furry companion.

  Is it my responsibility to pay the caretaker for the services he or she provides?

No, guests are not required to pay the caretaker for cleaning the villa or for other housekeeping services. However, if guests request that the caretaker prepare meals for them, the caretaker has the right to charge for such services.

  What happens if WOW VILLAS cancels my reservation?

Wow Villas reserves the right to cancel a booking at its discretion in the event of unforeseen instances. If WOW VILLAS cancels a booking, it may: 1. Provide the guests with an alternative comparable property. 2. A full refund of all Within 5-7 working days, the refund will be processed.

  How well-equipped are WOW VILLAS properties?

The majority of WOWVILLAS properties are fully furnished with clean white linens and well-equipped kitchen utensils and crockery. They also have Wi-Fi, DTH, and a speaker system installed. WiFi may be unavailable in some areas due to poor infrastructure. Our sales team will notify you in advance.

  Is there a caretaker at each WOW VILLAS property?

Yes, every one of our properties has a caretaker on duty from morning to night, but some have caretakers on call. While confirming your reservation, the sales team will be able to provide you with more information.

  Does Wow Villas offer food service?

No, WOWVILLAS does not provide food service, but our regional managers and caretakers are happy to make recommendations.

  What is the policy on cancellations?

Before making a reservation, all guests must thoroughly read and understand the Cancellation & Refund policy.   Are the villas well maintained and is hygiene taken care of?

Absolutely. All of our villas are well sanitized and maintained on a regular basis by our dedicated maintenance crew on the ground in all of our locations. Quality control in terms of villa and caretaker hygiene is extremely important to us, and it is applied across all of our villas. We ensure that a thorough cleaning is performed on a regular basis.

  How long will the refunds take?

All refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the cancellation date.

  What is the policy on rescheduling?

WOW VILLAS realizes that guests' plans may change at the last minute, requiring them to reschedule their stay at one of our properties. However, rescheduling is only permitted up to 15 days before the check-in date. If there is a change in the rate from the initial booking, the visitors must pay the additional charges to WOW VILLAS.
